Cardiac Training Programs

INDIVIDUAL SESSION $65

MONTHLY SESSION $100

TRAINING PACKAGE $600/month***                (Includes 3 sessions per week)

Cardiac Programs are designed for clients with Diagnosed CVD or those with a Significant Risk Factor Profile.  Each program will include, not limited to, the following:

• Comprehensive Health Assessment
• Stress Test Review, Exercise Prescription and Orientation
• Periodic ECG and Blood Pressure Screenings
• HR Monitoring during exercise
• Semi-annual Risk Factor Analysis and Progress Report
• Communication and Progress Reports for Cardiologist/Internist
• Training Program Review by CTS Cardiologist
• Cardiac Training Kit on site for all training sessions

***!st month of Training Package includes a personalized dietary assessment with a Registered DIetician
